About Our College

Welcome To INSTEDT College

INSTEDT (Institut Sains & Technologi Darul Takzim) is one of Malaysian’s leading private higher learning institutions founded in 1998. It is located amidst lush tropical greenery and solitude near Legoland Johor, one of the most enthralling tourist’s spots in Johor.

INSTEDT is a fully accredited institution promising a validated, authentic and top quality learning experience to all. Being an affiliated college of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), INSTEDT provides alternative to tertiary education. INSTEDT students pursue the Diploma in 21 programs including management, accounting, nursing, health sciences, business, Islamic studies, IT, Islamic banking & finance, secretarial, hospitality program and many more.

INSTEDT does not only produce graduates that earn good salary in today’s job market but a responsible, engaged and faithful citizen that constantly make a difference to the world. These values are regarded as utmost important thus have been nurtured to the students since day one.

INSTEDT offers 21 Diploma programs in a variety of disciplines including management, secretarial, accounting, finance, communication, media, nursing, health sciences, hospitality, culinary and many more.
Yes, all of our Diploma programs are recognised and approved by Ministry of Education Malaysia and Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).
There are approximately 1,700 undergraduate students are currently in attendance.
The average class size at INSTEDT is 18 students.
INSTEDT maintains a 15:1 student-to-teacher ratio.
Yes, the student has the opportunity to further studies at any IPTA or IPTS in the country.

The requirements are varied from program to program. However, the MINIMUM requirement is obtained Three Credits (obtained minimum grade C in three subjects) in SPM. See our Programs web page to learn more about our programs’ requirements.
