Health and Wellness
We hold the importance of our students’ health and well being. The Counseling Center gives confidential services and helps students develop vivacity and handle problems in their academic and personal development. The center’s services include counseling, brief psychotherapy, assessment and referral to students on a voluntary and confidential basis.
Hostel
Our hostel located in MDIS, Educity Iskandar Puteri, offers an on-campus accommodation designed to provide students with a comfortable and secure living environment conducive to academic and personal growth. The MDIS hostel comprises two 12-storey residential towers with a total of 581 rooms, accommodating approximately 1,100 students. The facilities aim to foster a sense of community and self-discipline among residents.
MDIS offers various room types to cater to different preferences which are the triple room, the double room and also the single room. The hostel provides a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable living experience such as a 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance, student lounge and also shared pantry areas.
Athletics and Recreation
It’s easy to practice a healthy lifestyle while staying in MDIS! There are so many recreational facilities around the hostel especially around Edu City Sports Complex. You may find many sports activities that might interest you from football, futsal, netball, pickleball, swimming and many more. Definitely a fun and positive environment for students to enjoy their need for exercise.
Do you love hiking and enjoy nature? Fret not. Sireh Park is just 11 minutes away! Need for more adventure? Students can explore Gunung Pulai for extreme trails and discover the serene Pulai Waterfall, a refreshing spot perfect for relaxation after an invigorating trek.
Looking for the coolest way to beat the Malaysian heat? Dive into LEGOLAND Water Park’s wave pools, water slides, and lazy river where they bring non-stop fun! Just a few miles from the hostel.
In need of a beach therapy? Students can just head to Forest City, where they can enjoy the sunny and sandy beach. It is no more than a 15-minute drive from the hostel. With these multitude of activities, the students will never get bored!
