About the Program

Diploma in Culinary Arts exposed the students towards the world of cooking in which they can learn on the basic on how to use the kitchenware, preparation and the food served. This course covers all aspects of cooking skills for example eastern cuisine, western and international, food speculative aspects, food hygiene, purchasing cost and control, kitchen management and catering service.


Admission Requirements **

  1. Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) with at least 3 credits in any subject and pass in English language; or
  2. Pass O-Level with at least Grade C in 3 subjects and pass in English language; or
  3. Pass Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or equivalent with at least a Grade C (CGMP 2.0) in 1 subject and a pass in English language; or
  4. Passed Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a relevant field; and pass SPM with credit in at least 1 subject and a reinforcement programme (only if necessary) and a pass in English language.
